Seniors Walk Down The Aisle With Their Senior Prank

Here comes the bride! On the first of June, seniors put their senior prank into action.

During the morning break after first period, seniors held a fake wedding in the courtyard where they “Rick Rolled” all in attendance with the vows, then played the infamous “Never Gonna Give You Up” by Rick Astley as the pair walked down the aisle after the nuptials.

The lovely newlyweds were Mckenna Lusk and Trisston Harsh with Clyde Oglesby as the officiant. There were many bridesmaids and groomsmen, including Markus Agnes, Lizzy Hicklin, Maddi Roe, Joey Meyer, Cheyenne Bundeson, Cosette Fowler, Kassidy Roe, Shantay McGraw, and Claire Head.

It was planned by the entire senior class with weeks of preparation starting in early May.

“Everything went according to plan.” says current ASB president Clyde Oglesby.

There were flower arrangements brought by Roe, a cake made by McGraw, a wedding arch contributed by the leadership club, a mythology book in replacement of the Bible, and an aisle decorated with seats and a red rope dividing the sections.
