Elmira High School class of 2024 is hosting the annual Rough ‘n’ Tough volleyball game. The money raised will go towards the senior grad night trip in June.
The game will be held in the main gym at the high school at 6:30 p.m. on March 7. Admission will be $5 per person or $20 per family.
Juniors and seniors will face off against each other first. The winner will then go against the EHS staff team in the final game.
Fans can pay for bribes, including $5 for one point, $10 for two points, and $25 to take a player out for a set. There also will be a dash for cash and a silent dessert auction.
The junior team is as follows: Owen Booth, Evan Booth, Kainoa Harwood, Jacob Bradley, Dylan Carney, Gabriel Galaviz, Kyler Colwell, Liam McGuire, Lennart Kad, JT Myers, Garrett Flores, Christian Keagy, Kelana Dachri and Jesus Coronado-Valle.
The senior team is as follows: Donovan Hartley, Quinton Buckland, Austyn Woolcott, David Bay, Jordan Smith, Brett Highburger, Quinton Marshall, Braxton Christofferson, Evan LaBlue, Johnny Rhodes, Chase Childs and Zechariah Robertson.
The staff team is as follows: Michelle Nelson, Ken Best, Tessa Slager, Sarah Wartenbee, Emmy Erwin, Shannon Hart, James Monegan, David Johnson, Ashley Haag, Jeff McCourtney and Mikaylah Hammontree.
