The West Valley Dance Company took over the EHS theater to showcase their collective dancing abilities on Saturday night.
Over the course of an hour, the group put on a number of dances including dances choreographed to the sounds of Footloose and Hallelujah. Both numbers were also performed during halftime at the first home games for the EHS basketball program.
Each dance done by the company was executed with enthusiasm, and that especially includes the dances done by the lower age divisions. Ages of performers ranged from kindergarten to high school. Each age division gave it their all resulting in a successful showcase.
Junior Gwen Scadlock and ninth-grader Alyssa Woolcott were the only two EHS students to perform.
