Elmira High School students danced the night away at “A Night in Greece” Prom 2025 hosted at the Ford Alumni Center at the University of Oregon.

The event had Greek themed decorations to fit the theme, and provided food, a photo booth tablet for digital photos, and a DJ.

EHS students in attendance with their tickets elected seniors Keelan Hecker and Katie Kilcullen to be their king and queen of Prom 2025.

EHS Leadership announced the Prom court on May 5, which included couples Hecker and Kilcullen, Keison Scott and Hannah Humphrey, and JT Myers and Sophie Stout.

Prom court were provided with free tickets, along with free certificates for drinks at the EHS coffee cart.

For some, being on Prom court was a dream come true.

“Being on Prom court was a really fun high school experience,” Stout told Falcon News. “I wanted to be on Prom court since freshman year. Getting to wear a crown and getting free drinks was amazing, too.”

Prom queen Kilcullen also got to live her dream.

“It’s every little girl’s dream to be a Prom queen and I am so extremely grateful to live it!” Kilcullen said.

Hecker really enjoyed the experience and is grateful to have been voted Prom king.

“It was awesome,” he told Falcon News. “Thank you to everyone who voted for us.”
