Kick Off Summer Reading by Attending the Fern Ridge Book Sale

“It’s time to stock up for your summer reading at the book sale,” said the Friends of the Fern Ridge Library, which is a volunteer group that supports the library and helps raise funds.

The book sale will take place Friday and Saturday at the Fern Ridge Public Library.

The sale can be found in the Konnie Room both days from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m..

Most books will be $1 or less. Payments must be made in cash or checks. 

All books will be half-priced Saturday afternoon.

There will be books for all ages in all genres, with fiction, science-fiction, fantasy, and adventure books for children!  

Nonfiction books will include biographies, gardening, cooking, crafts, history, and many more. 

There will be many car, naval/maritime books, as well as many paperbacks. 

“Plus DvDs, audiobooks, puzzles and games (great for hot summer days!),” said the Friends.  

If you miss this sale, don’t worry, because the Friends hold three big books sales a year, special seasonal book sales, and an every day sale stand in the entrance of the library. 

The Fern Ridge Library is located at 88026 Territorial Highway.
