This last week school and business were closed due to unsafe weather conditions for most of Lane County and the state of Oregon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The weather began early on the morning of the 13th. With freezing rain and snow with freezing temperatures. Throughout the week freezing rain and temperatures prevented the roads from being safe to travel on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The roads were covered with down power lines and fallen trees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the week many people experienced power outages and loss of the internet. People are still having problems with their power and internet as some people still do not have them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
